Three/21 took the street of Fort Greene Brooklyn yesterday with artist Wale to film the video for “Diary” off his Attention Deficit album….video directed by Rik Cordero with DP Clayton Combe. This is definitely one of my favorite tracks from the album.
The sun was out, the vibe was great, the shoot was fun — Shout out to the cast + crew – Power, Latin, Jusytn, Justin, Eugene, Sharoya, Christian, John, Jason, Brenda, Tigist, Session, Chloe, Jasmine, Keisha, Sade, Leandra, Victor, Sputnik and Astoria Sound! Thank you!
Wrapped up a music video shoot for artists Phar-City featuring Range for their single “Part-Time Lover” directed by the so awesome, talented James Latin Clark. We shot the video at Hotel AKA in a couple penthouse suites and turned each room into a different setup. Director James, Matt Workman (DP) and the rest of the crew did their thing – thanks guys! Shout out to AKA for letting us do our thing as filmmakers with no limitation.
Last week I got the pleasure to produce the first music video “Our Dreams” off the upcoming Method, Ghostface, and Raekwon collaboration entitled “Wu-Massacre“, working with the talented director Rik Cordero and the Three/21 Films team.
We had a very ambitious, mini-movie treatment but we made it happen with multiple set-build, a kick-ass art department, an awesome cast and crew, and shooting entirely in Bushwick – we got a million shots in one day! Shout outs to Bushwick, Shari and Inga at Def Jam, the Three/21 team and every single cast and crew!
Check out the Behind-the-Scenes from the video shoot and stay tuned for the premiere of the video.
Stills from Mazzi (of S.O.U.L. Purpose) featuring Maya Azucena “Love is Love” music video directed by James Latin Clark with DP Clayton Combe. Always great teaming up with Latin as his producer. And a big super thank you to Clayton, Brenda and Henry (our tiny crew) — you guys worked hard and helped knocked this video out of the park.
Mazzi, Maya, the band, the dancers and the extras did their thing in front of the camera so stay tuned!
One day, two music videos for the talented 16-years old Pop/R&B artist Adero Neely. Videos directed by Berman Fenelus with DP Matt Workman.
We shot the 1st video “On The Other Line” at a beautiful apartment in Harlem and then we moved to 12 Ave + W.134th St. to shoot the 2nd video “Night Crawler“. The 2nd video was shot entirely outside – oh man, the frigid cold kicked us in the butt! But my amazing crew and cast worked hard and quickly and we wrapped in 14hrs. Crazy but not bad for two videos…can’t wait to see the results.
Love love this animated short film about a young boy in India chasing after his dream. Great art and animation work. Kudos to the animators/filmmakers!
